At L'École Culinaire, we focus on preparing students for careers in the culinary industry. Our courses combine guided instruction with hands-on training and practical experience.

Upon completion, you can have the skills necessary to qualify for entry-level employment as a station chef, line cook, apprentice, baker or other related occupation.

L'École Culinaire's Culinary Arts Associate Degree program is more intensive than the Culinary Essentials program in that it expands beyond the fundamentals of cooking, food management and culinary arts and concentrates more on business aspects, preparation, international cuisine and advanced techniques for preparing larger quantities of food.

Each of our programs combines guided instruction with hands-on training on industry-current equipment. In addition, your program will conclude with a 10-week externship where you can put your skills to work!
